This Privacy Policy explains what information the Engineers' Academy website ("we", "us") collects when you use it, and how that information is used. By using this website you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

Our admission enquiry form asks only for what we need to respond to you: the student's name, a contact number, current class, programme of interest, preferred branch and an optional message. Choosing to submit an enquiry is voluntary; fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process the form.

2. How enquiries are stored and sent

• Enquiry forms send your details through Google Apps Script to the academy's private Google Sheet. A notification containing the enquiry details is emailed to the academy's designated administrators.
• The submission also records its source page, time, browser information and any campaign parameters (such as UTM tags or a click identifier) present in the page URL, to help the academy understand enquiry sources.
• If a connection problem prevents confirmation, the form attempts to save the enquiry in your browser's local storage for automatic retry. The website reports success only after the server confirms receipt.
• WhatsApp is an optional, separate contact channel. The enquiry form does not send your details to WhatsApp.
• We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website loads Google Tag Manager, a service used to manage tags configured by the academy. Depending on which tags are published in the container, these may collect website usage information and use cookies or similar storage. Analytics or advertising tools enabled through the container are governed by their configuration and the applicable providers' privacy policies. Installing the container alone does not specify which analytics or advertising tools are enabled.

Local storage is used for pending enquiries and submission cooldowns. Campaign parameters are retained in session storage to identify the source of an enquiry. Your browser settings control whether this storage is available.

The automatic enquiry prompt uses session storage to remember its display schedule within the same tab and stop repeat prompts after a confirmed submission. This timing preference does not store your form details.

4. Embedded third-party content

Embedded Google Maps can load as their section comes into view. Google may receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser details under its privacy practices. Fonts are hosted locally and do not require a request to Google Fonts. External links, including WhatsApp, are governed by the destination platform's policies.

5. Children's information

Enquiries about minors are normally submitted by a parent or guardian. We use such information solely to provide admission counselling and related communication.

6. Your choices

• You may clear pending enquiries and other website storage from your browser settings. Clearing a pending enquiry before delivery prevents its automatic retry.
• For access, correction or removal requests concerning an enquiry already received, contact info@engineersacademy.co.in.
• You may call us instead of using any form on this website.
